MINUTES- February 9, 2009

1. Cayenne Pepper called the Meeting to order @6:39

2. School Teacher Report: Red Rock Ranger moved to accept minutes as written. Motion passed

3. Territorial Governor’s Report: SASS Rule book has been updated.

4. Gun Club Reports:

Hat Creek Board Meeting is Wednesday, Feb 11. Plans will be made regarding gate and porta potties.

5. Old Business

Gun Show: March 7-8 @ Convention Center. Cowboys will be manning the booth on their own. Signup sheet will be available after the meeting

Shooter Gifts:

Red Rock will see if he can get reusable shopping bags from Wal-Mart to put all shooter items in.

Polka Dot moved to give shooters water bottles made by Garretts valued @ $10.00 each. Motion passed

Bullet Screwdrivers will cost $4.50 each. Red Rock moved to order 60 .38 size and 40 .45 size screwdrivers. Motion passed.

Sponsors: Uniquetech will sponsor at the Match level.

Application Packet: was reviewed by members present and Sierra Packer will make final adjustments so that the packets will be mailed out by the end of the month.

Entertainment: Rose May moved to pay the Band $250 plus feed them (5 dinners). Motion passed

Budget: Red Rock reviewed the budget with the members present and will recalculate it for the next meeting.

Side Matches:

Summary Sheet: Reviewed and made needed changes.

Night Shoot: will be a Plainsman Match. It will start @ 8:00. More light will be needed.

Single Shot Black Powder: Red Blaze and Old Curly have talked about doing a Single Shot Black Powder loading and shooting seminar Friday morning and helping with that match. Modoc will contact them to coordinate their participation.

Raffle: Members decided not to do a raffle unless we get something nice donated.
