SHASTA REUGLATORS of Hat Creek

Minutes- December 8, 2008

1. Cayenne Peper called the meeting to order @ 6:30 PM

2. School Teacher’s Report: Michigan Slick moved to accept minutes as written. Motion passed

3. Banker’s Report : Current balance is $6155.77

4. Territorial Governor’s Report : Silver Buck reported on the results of TG Summit 2008.

5. Hat Creek Report:

Annual Dinner: Hat Creek Club will provide the meat. Please let them know if you wil be attending before Jan 1.

Gate: Cayenne found a gate for $219 in Palo Cedro. Frank will send a check

Cubitainer: Trailman found 2 cubitainers for $2975 each, delivered but pads are not ready.

Porta Potties: Frank knows a member who has 3 porta potties that he will give the club if Cayenne can haul them up with the gate.

6. Redding Gun Club Report:

Work Party: We had about 5 people to help Shasta Shooters, but they finished the work before we finished shooting. Nothing has been burned yet. We will continue working with Shasta Shooters for improvements in our area

Elections: Modoc was voted in for a two year term on RGC board

7. New Business

A. Ace Faro wrote up some scenarios to be used for any stages we wish

8. Elections

Ballots were opened and votes were counted at the meeting the results are:

Banker: Red Rock Ranger

Mayor: Cayenne Pepper

School Teacher: Sierra Packer

Undertaker: Michigan Slick

Territorial Governor: Silver Buck

9. Ambush ‘09

A. Side Matches: New side matches that are in the planning stage are Card Shoot Games, Shot Gun Alley.

B. Shooter Gifts: nothing to report

C. Cowboy Chronicle Notice: Cayenne Pepper will call it in.

D. Application packet:

1. Should we charge Junior Shooters for their meals?

2. Side matches just use wording “possibly more” to cover anything that we may plan later

3. Night shoot?: Check with Stranger

E. Stages: planning on submitting a dozen stages for membership review next month.

F. Other?
